Fantastic company had an issue and they came out same day. I have used other companies in the past and by far Poolman360 is the best!

I have received a bill of 950$? They came to my pool over 12 times starting on 26 June 2026 . First I contacted David about getting swimming and gave a budget for 1,000 and he told me that he could get me swimming for 490. He fixed the pump and he said that it was a miscommunication because he thought I wanted the pump fixed only. I told him that makes no sense and showed him the message specifically asking do I need to find somebody else to get me swimming. He then came back and said he couldn’t do it for the price he originally quoted. I told him I figured that that’s why I gave my budget of 1,000 and I’m not paying until I am swimming. And David said that he would get right on it. The pool tech did start getting the pool to turn blue and came and turned it off for days and it started turning back green. Today this what my pool currently looks like on 30 July 2026. I’ve made it clear that I don’t have a problem paying but I will pay when I am swimming. The 26 was a month. I have had a pool for 7 years and it has never taken this long.

Professional service, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell us on solutions/equipment/etc. I had a significant algae issue going on in my gunite pool. I had sought quotes from one or two other pool companies - Poolman360 was the only one that took the time to explain their cost estimate and not automatically jump to ‘drain and pressure wash.’ The other companies didn’t even offer transparency for their estimate. I had several other items of concern mostly regarding my aging pool equipment which David took the time to address which were actually problematic and what options were available - no pressure to buy a system I didn’t understand nor afford. All of his team that I had the pleasure of meeting have been courteous, professional, and patient with the my curious young children as they watched them treat our pool and replace the sand filter. I only wish I had found this company sooner in our pool journey and not had to sift through the other companies out there that didn’t do as stellar of a job as Poolman360.

Had the best possible experience. My husband and I are new to pool owning and called Pool 360 after failed attempts to ungreen our pool. Pool 360 was recommended to us by our neighbors. When I called to request service, they remembered the name of our neighbors which gave me the impression that they were personable with their clients. David came out to test and vacuum the algae from the bottom of our pool the same day I called to request “green to clean” service. Within 24 hours our pool was clear. David seemed knowledgeable about cleaning pools.

They are by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Never showed up on time. Never returned calls. Came and did nothing to help our situation. Had us drain our pool. When we finally got a reputable company. We had our pool problem with our pump fixed in 30 minutes. They also told us we should Never have had to drain our pool. Beware they are terrible.

You know you are very wary these days of pool people and companies as we have had really bad luck - which is why we have learned to take care of our own pool. However, there are some things you just need help on. I took a chance and called this company -they came out pretty fast to my surprise and we talked about my issues. Turns out they changed our sand and that did it as well as gave me a great referral for an underground pipe leak. Very refreshing this company is and we will definitely use them again and yes I recommend them. Thank you again.

Great timely service when needed. I have used Poolman360 when we bought our house and needed our liner replaced. Our liner looks great! Recently we had issues with our filter. The technician came out was kind and took the time to explain the process of changing out the sand and replacing the laterals. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for our pool needs. Thank you again for the great service!

Poolman360 was a great company to work with. Very competitive in pricing changing out my filters sand. Very professional and knowledgeable and I will use them again for any of my pools needs.

I contacted poolman360 and he came out immediately to do a diagnostic on my pool issue..no charge unless I got him to repair the problem! He took the time to check over the pool pump and was able to state the problem. It could be one of two things. He was so informative! He also wasnt trying to sell me a new pump. One issue I could try that may eliminate the problem. He gave me step by step instructions. He told me if that didn't repair the problem, then it is the second issue. He told me to call him next week and let him know if the problem is fixed. If it turns out to be the other issue, he told me his price to fix it. I was so impressed with poolman360 and will now have him be my go to person for any related pool concerns, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, etc. His prices seem to be extremely reasonable compared to other pool companies Ive spoken with previously. It is refreshing to be able to trust companies. Poolman 360 appeared to me as an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy company. I was most impressed!

We had an excellent experience with David for our pool repair! From start to finish, he was absolutely on it. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. His pricing was very fair, and what really stood out was his responsiveness. He always answers his phone, replies to texts promptly, and never forgets about your requests. In fact, he even came out on a Sunday evening at my request to check on suspected pump leak. That level of service is rare! He replaced the sand in our filter, and everything has been running great since. I highly recommend him for any pool repair needs. We will definitely be contacting him again for future services.
